This policy applies to digital products sold by RivalsAccount, including gift cards, gaming cards, streaming credit and license keys.
Digital product nature
Digital codes and license keys can often be viewed, copied, redeemed or used immediately after delivery. For that reason, refunds may be limited once a code has been delivered or exposed.
Eligible refund cases
- The product was not delivered and cannot be delivered.
- The wrong product was supplied due to an error by RivalsAccount.
- The delivered code is confirmed invalid and has not been used or redeemed.
Usually not refundable
- Wrong region, platform or currency selected by the customer.
- Changed mind after delivery.
- Codes that have been viewed, exposed, redeemed, transferred or used.
- Account restrictions or bans on third-party platforms.

Contact us with your order number, email address and a clear description of the issue. We may request screenshots or confirmation from the relevant platform.
